SBA Loan Officer/Trainee (Underwriter)

About this role

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field preferred.
• Underwrite commercial loans under the SBA 7(a) Program.
• This involves collecting required documents, communicating with clients, evaluating credit worthiness, and underwriting loans.
• Perform other servicing and monitoring functions as directed by supervisor.
• Conduct site visits and on-site interviews.
• Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred).
• Annual salary starts at $50,000 for trainee (commensurate with experience).
• Incentive program available.
