• We're looking for a Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Remote) We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead initiatives that broadly impact Built In engineering and our partners.
• In this role you will help to design and implement software solutions in an effort to deliver best in class experiences and capabilities for our customers and users.
• The ideal candidate is someone who is humble, forward thinking, proactive, and inspires others and communicates clearly in order to continually elevate this already high performing team.
• How you'll contribute Code systems and components that support wide-ranging product lines at Built In Document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements and innovations Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to build new AI enabled features Manage the end-to-end development of software products, analyze issues at the system level and handle any complications that arise by implementing effective solutions Mentor other engineers to reinforce a culture of learning and teaching What you need 5+ years of development experience in .NET on building highly scalable systems (Web and/or backend) Experience integrating AI into new or existing systems.
• Agentic workflow experience is a plus Expertise developing software on public cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in Razor is a strong plus Skilled in an engineering environment that embraces agile methodologies, observability, and continuous delivery A proactive mindset and initiative, as you'll continually look for ways to improve performance, quality, and efficiency A proven track record of success in large-scale projects What We Value We're revolutionizing tech recruitment.
