• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial services, excellent member service skills **Responsibilities** * Assess members financial situations and provide tailored loan options based on their needs.
• * Conduct thorough credit analysis to evaluate applicants' creditworthiness.
• * Guide members through the loan process from application to closing.
• * Ensure compliance with Fair Lending and Fair Housing regulations and TILA guidelines.
• * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with members.
• * Collaborate with loan processors.
• * Provide exceptional member service throughout the loan process to enhance member satisfaction.
• **Qualifications** * Experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the financial services industry preferred but not required.
• * Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, underwriting processes, and loan processing preferred.
• * Excellent communication skills with a focus on member service.
• * Ability to analyze contracts and understand banking regulations related to loans.
