About this role

• **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Indiana State Standards for Second and Third Grade * Deliver effective instruction using a variety of best practice strategies that meet the needs of all learners while following corporation curriculum maps * Collect and reflect on student data to make instructional decisions * Ability to be flexible, energetic, and creative * Display a nurturing demeanor with all students * Demonstrate communication skills with students, parents, staff, and community * Collaborate with grade-level and team members, as well as all other staff * Standing/walking for an extended amount of time * Experience with current technology-Google, Meet, Zoom * Supervise children at all times they are present in the building * Any other assigned duties **Certification Requirements:** Valid Indiana Elementary License
