Laborer

• Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
• The Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational projects.
• This position involves assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring job sites are kept safe and organized.
• Responsibilities: * Assist with construction, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed.
• * Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• * Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• * Perform site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and grounds maintenance.
• * Support equipment inspections, routine upkeep, and minor repairs.
• * Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
• * Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs.
• Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• * Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor is a plus (willing to train the right candidate).
• * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions.
• * Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• * Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices.
• * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
