Renovation Specialist

• Mountain Shine Construction Location: Bridgeport, WV (job sites throughout North Central WV) Job Type: Full-Time About Us Mountain Shine Construction is a family-owned company focused on residential renovations and property updates.
• We handle a wide range of work, including preparing homes for resale or rental, as well as general remodeling projects.
• We're looking for someone who can *work independently, keep jobs moving, and take ownership of their work.* What You'll Do * Complete hands-on renovation tasks across multiple trades * Install flooring, doors, trim, and basic finishes * Perform drywall repairs and interior painting * Handle smaller tasks independently without constant supervision * Help keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently * Communicate material needs and issues clearly * Maintain clean, professional job sites What We're Looking For * 2+ years of hands-on construction or renovation experience * Ability to work independently and problem-solve * Strong attention to detail * Reliable, consistent work ethic * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing tasks * Professional and respectful in homes and job sites Preferred Experience * Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, etc.) * Trim and door installation * Drywall patching and finishing * Interior painting * Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge (a plus, not required) What Sets You Apart * You don't need to be told what to do next * You take pride in clean, finished work * You can move efficiently without cutting corners Requirements * Valid driver's license * Reliable transportation * Ability to lift 50+ lbs Why Work With Us We offer steady, consistent work with a variety of projects.
