• **Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!** * **Shift:** Full Time, 1st Shift * **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement * **Salary:** $112,908 - $141,135 plus target bonus **If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!** **Position Responsibilities:** * This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Manufacturing Manager * The Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives * You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance * The Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations * This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications * Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement * Other duties as assigned **Required Education and Experience:** * Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience **Preferred Education and Experience:** * Master's degree
