Fabricator/Welder/Shop Helper

• Penn Steel Fabrication is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our growing steel fabrication team.
• We are hiring **Welders, Fitters, and Shop Helpers** for our structural steel fabrication shop.
• We are willing to consider candidates with different levels of experience, including entry-level applicants who are willing to learn.
• *Positions & Responsibilities* **Welders:** Perform welding on structural steel components using MIG and other welding processes.
• **Fitters:** Read shop drawings, fit and assemble structural steel components, and prepare materials for welding.
• **Shop Helpers:** Assist with material handling, grinding, cleaning, loading/unloading, and general shop duties.
