IT Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and change activities across projects.
• Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science or a related field.
• Business analysis certification such as IIBA, CBAP or equivalent advantageous.
• Agile, Scrum or project delivery certifications beneficial.
• Relevant domain experience in banking, insurance or financial services advantageous.
• Experience 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
• Experience working on digital transformation, system implementation or integration projects.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation experience.
• Experience working with Agile teams, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
• Skills Requirements gathering, analysis and functional specification writing.
• Process mapping, BPMN, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking, facilitation, communication and problem-solving.
