• Core Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years direct sales experience * Sales Skills: o Cold calling and lead generation.
• o Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets.
• o Experience selling digital advertising solutions (mandatory across all).
• o Automotive industry background.
• o Familiarity with auto trade / dealerships is a plus.
• * Soft Skills: o Strong communication and people skills.
• o Resilient, confident, and target-driven.
• o Relationship-building ability.
• * Digital Mindset: Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle is a must.
