• **Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical systems.

• **Duties** * Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
• * Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational.
• * Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
• * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• * Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance programs.
• * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• **Qualifications** * Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• * Proficiency in electrical systems, including the use of logic controllers.
• * Ability to weld and fabricate parts as necessary.
• * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
• * Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team.
• * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
