• As we expand to Melrose, we're looking for energetic, motivated individuals who understand streetwear culture, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for selling.

• POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for **sales-driven individuals with excellent customer service skills** who can thrive in a fast-paced, culturally connected retail environment.
• **THIS IS A SALES POSITION.
• GENERATING SALES IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE JOB.** Our sales associates are expected to actively engage customers, recommend products, help customers put together outfits, and turn shopping experiences into purchases.
• We're not looking for employees who simply stand around waiting for customers to approach them.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and engage every customer with confidence and professionalism.
• * Actively sell merchandise and work toward daily sales goals.
• * Build genuine customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• * Recommend outfits, new arrivals, and complementary products.
• * Understand current streetwear trends, fashion, and the culture surrounding them.
• * Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked sales floors.
• * Assist with inventory, restocking, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• * Follow company policies, opening and closing procedures, and management instructions.
• * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales goals.
• QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• * Confident approaching and interacting with customers.
• * Strong motivation to sell and meet performance expectations.
• * Interest in streetwear, fashion, music, and contemporary culture.
• * Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• * Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• * Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• 30-DAY PAID TRAINING & EVALUATION PERIOD All new sales associates will complete an initial 30-day paid training and performance evaluation period.
• During this period, employees will receive training in: * Customer service and sales techniques.
• * Product knowledge and streetwear styling.
• * Sales goals, upselling, and customer engagement.
• * Store organization and daily operating procedures.
• * POS transactions and company policies.
• Performance will be evaluated based on customer service, sales effort and results, attendance, teamwork, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Continued employment will be based on overall performance and business needs, consistent with applicable employment laws.
