• **Job Title:** Environmental Containment - Field Supervisor **Location:** Harrison County, WV - Project locations throughout WV **Industry:** Gas & Oil Field Operations / Environmental Containment **Work Environment:** Field-based; supervisory and field duties combined **Pay Range:** $22-$25/Hour **Experience Level:** 3-5 Years Industry Experience Required **Reporting Structure:** Reports to Project Manager and Director of Containment **The Opportunity** Field Supervisors are the operational backbone of Octane's Environmental Containment division.
• You oversee multiple crews, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure that every job meets our standards for safety, quality, and execution.
• This is a high-accountability role for someone who has earned it from the ground up.
• **If you've built it, patched it, sprayed it or wedged it - we can talk.** **Core Responsibilities** * Hold a valid driver's license and qualify as an Octane Approved Driver * Ensure Crew Leaders and team members adhere to company policies and safety regs * Facilitate communication between Crew Leaders and management * Monitor crew performance and ensure work meets Octane Quality Standards * Coordinate with dispatch for delivery of materials, equipment, and crews * Complete daily reporting - Job Summaries, material usage, and next-day activities * Maintain PEC, OSHA 10, and all customer-specific safety certifications **What We're Looking For** * 3-5 years of industry experience required to be considered * Valid driver's license with Octane Approved Driver qualification * Strong organizational skills - managing multiple crews, jobs, and logistics * Clear communicator who keeps crews informed and management updated * High accountability for documentation - accurate daily reporting without fail **What Sets You Apart** * Track record of leading crews that hit quality and safety marks consistently * Ability to manage logistics under pressure - equipment, people, and materials * Earned the trust of both your crews and your leadership * Solutions-oriented - you don't wait for problems to be handed to you **Compensation** $22-$25/hour based on experience, performance, and division responsibility.
