• ### **Description** Skilled Nursing Facility Now Seeking **Social Services Director /Social Worker Director** with Long Term Care Experience **We offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits * Amazing and supportive work environment The Social Services/Social Worker Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative for the residents' social interests and to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
• The Social Worker Director will ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
• Social Worker Director is actively involved with Resident Admissions and Discharges.
• We value in our Social Workers; productivity, professionalism, accountability, collaboration/teamwork and a high level of communication skills.
