Admission Support Executive

• About the role London School of Excellence is looking for an organised and reliable Admission Support Executive to support student admissions and day-to-day administration.
• You will help process student applications, maintain accurate records, organise documents and follow up on outstanding information.
• This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, fluent English and a dependable approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
• Tasks Support the preparation and processing of student admission applications.
• Check application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit applications through the relevant university portals or agreed channels, following internal procedures.
• Organise and maintain digital student files, application records and correspondence.
• Contact students and relevant team members to obtain missing information or documents.
• Monitor application progress and follow up with universities on outstanding matters.
• Record offers, conditions, deadlines and application updates accurately.
• Keep CRM systems, spreadsheets and task trackers up to date.
• Respond professionally to routine admissions enquiries by email, telephone and online communication channels.
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and meeting coordination.
• Handle student information confidentially and follow company data-handling procedures.
• Prepare regular updates on application progress, pending documents and outstanding tasks.
• Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English, with the ability to write clear, professional emails.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable, proactive and target-driven approach.
