• **Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team.

• **Duties** * Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials.
• * Load and unload materials and tools necessary for construction projects.
• * Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• * Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
• * Help with the installation of structures.
• * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to minimize risks.
• **Skills** * Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• * Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
• * Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
• * Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• * Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
