• **Job Summary** As a Construction Laborer/Hand, you'll support building, remodeling, and hardscape projects by preparing work areas, handling materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
• You'll use hand and power tools, follow construction plans, and work safely indoors and outdoors.
• Your impact: Careful, dependable site support help complete quality work and gives clients safer, more functional spaces.
• **Duties** * Prepare and clean construction sites; move, stage, and install building materials.
• * Assist with carpentry, trim carpentry, window installation, flooring, plastering, caulking, demo, insulation, and drywall * Support plumbing and electrical tasks within your training and direction from qualified tradespeople.
• * Contribute to hardscaping construction projects and other outdoor work; operate heavy equipment only when authorized.
• * Read construction plans and project coordination as assigned.
• **Requirements** * Construction experience and construction site experience; building construction or remodeling experience is useful.
• * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, building material installation, carpentry, and hardscape work.
• * Ability to follow safety protocols, take direction, and work outdoors in changing conditions.
• Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
