• Our jobs are located in Lehigh, Naples, and other surrounding areas.
• This is a full-time, hands-on construction position.
• Workers will assist with various construction tasks, including slab and foundation work, while working as part of a team to complete the assigned houses for the day.
• Responsibilities * Assist with preparing and setting up construction sites * Assist with slab and foundation construction * Help with concrete preparation, pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing * Use hand tools and power tools safely * Load, unload, and move construction materials * Keep the work area clean and organized * Follow directions from supervisors and crew members * Work safely and efficiently to complete the assigned work * Perform general construction labor as needed Pay * Starting pay is $150 per day * Workers with experience in slab, foundation, concrete, or other construction work may receive higher pay * Paid every Friday * Weekly payment is available through payroll or check * Pay is based on the days worked during the week Schedule * Full-time position * Monday-Friday * Weekend work may be available or required depending on the project * Work starts at the job site at approximately 7:00 AM * Transportation pickup is approximately 6:00 AM for workers who need a ride * End time varies: the workday ends after the assigned houses/work for that day are completed, so the exact finishing time depends on how quickly the crew completes the work Transportation Need a ride to work?
• The owner can provide morning transportation for employees who need a ride to the job site.
• Pickup is generally around 6:00 AM, with the goal of arriving at the job site by approximately 7:00 AM.
• Transportation arrangements can be discussed when applying.
• Tools Workers may be able to leave their work tools safely in the company truck between workdays.
• This helps keep tools secure and means workers do not have to carry their tools back and forth every day.
• Requirements * Must be dependable and arrive on time * Must be willing to work hard and perform physical labor * Must be able to follow instructions * Construction experience is preferred but not necessarily required * Experience with slabs, foundations, or concrete is highly valuable and may qualify you for higher pay * Must be able to work safely with tools and equipment * Spanish-speaking ability is required * Must be willing to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekends when needed Interested in Joining the Team?
