• * Full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight and PRN opportunities * Weekly and bi-weekly direct deposit * Paid training and continuing education opportunities * Client/Employee referral bonuses * Easy onboarding process * Caregiver mobile app * Opportunities for assignments close to home * Supportive office team available when you need us * One-on-one client care rather than caring for multiple residents at once What You'll Do Help clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes by providing assistance such as: * Personal care, bathing, grooming and dressing * Mobility and transfer assistance * Meal preparation * Medication reminders * Light housekeeping * Companionship and supervision * Transportation and errands when required * Following individual care plans * Documenting services provided Requirements **We are looking for caregivers who are:** * Compassionate, dependable, professional and respectful * Comfortable working independently in a client's home * Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and our office team * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Able to pass required background screening and fingerprinting * Able to provide or obtain current CPR and First Aid certification * Able to provide or complete required TB screening * In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Able to meet any additional training or credentialing requirements for specific client assignments CNA certification is welcome but is not required for all positions.
• PCA and previous caregiving experience may qualify depending on the client assignment.
