About this role

• **Job Summary** As Medical Director, you'll guide clinical practice, strengthen patient care, and support effective medical operations.
• You'll partner with clinical and administrative teams to oversee quality, compliance, research, and care delivery.
• Your impact: By aligning clinical standards with quality improvement, you help care teams deliver safer, more consistent care for patients.
• **Duties** * Provide medical leadership and oversight for patient care, medical management, and utilization management.
• * Guide clinical research and development, including work aligned with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
• * Oversee healthcare compliance, medical records, and electronic medical and health records (EMR/EHR), including privacy practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• * Lead quality improvement, practice management, project management, budgeting, and compliance management.
• * Support teaching, academic and executive leadership, and supervision of clinical teams.
• **Skills** * Required: Medical degree and physician experience treating patients; post-residency experience and supervising experience.
• * Strong leadership, management, healthcare management, and medical leadership capabilities; hospital experience is valuable.
• * Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, medical research, and clinical development.
• * Experience with EMR systems, electronic health records (EHR) management, medical records, managed care, and NCQA standards.
• * Familiarity with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations; clinical research, research, and teaching experience are preferred.
• Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
