US Sales Representative

About this role

• Health Hue is a modern EMR for med spas and aesthetic clinics, with 40+ features covering operations, clinical, marketing and AI.
• We are hiring our first US sales rep to find and close med spa clients across the US, and we plan to grow to three reps within four months.
• Most of the hard work is done.
• You start with target accounts, warm leads, the pitch and a pre-built page for every target clinic.
• Your time goes into visiting clinics and closing.

• The role Full-cycle: you own the deal from first visit to signed agreement In the field: most of your week is spent visiting clinics and meeting owners in person Independent contractor for the first 3 months, with a ramp to target.
• After that, the opportunity to become a full-time employee with a pay increase Target: 2 closed deals per week (about 8 per month) after the ramp What we provide Target accounts: a researched list of US clinics, with contact information Warm leads, not cold hunting: 15+ new qualified leads a month from our cold email and ads Strategy: the pitch, the territory plan and the follow-up sequence, already built Personalized landing pages: a pre-built page for each of your target accounts Self-paced training on our product, the problems clinic owners bring us and how we sell Who we are looking for Experienced in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally selling to med spas, aesthetic clinics or other healthcare practices Comfortable meeting clinic owners face to face and closing in person Based in the US and able to travel to clinics Self-directed and organized: you manage your own territory and pipeline Compensation $4,000 USD monthly retainer, paid biweekly Commission on annual plans, by deals closed in the month: deals 1-4 at 10%, deals 5-8 at 12%, deals 9 and up at 15% of first-year contract value (about $597, $716 and $896 on a $5,970 annual plan) 8% on month-to-month plans About $111,000 a year at target (8 deals a month), about $133,000 at 10 and $154,000 at 12.
