Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)
About this role
- A client's rental properties are often 30 to 50% of their net worth.
- The tool their financial advisor uses to think about them is a spreadsheet.
- Leveridge takes a client's tax return and turns it into every property they own in one view, then models what happens if they hold, sell, or exchange.
- 13 advisory firms pay for Leveridge, up from 7 in early August.
- We're four people, two founders, our founding engineer, and a front-end engineer.
- You'd be the fifth, and the third engineer, which means you'd touch nearly all of it and your name would be on a lot of it.
- We're in the middle of raising a pre-seed.
- What you'd own An advisor sits down with a client and has to say what to do with the largest asset that client owns.
- Hold it, sell it, or exchange it.
- The numbers on the screen when they make that call came from our code, and they're going to defend those numbers out loud with their license behind them.
- Today, when an advisor hits a hard case, they email us, or ask for fifteen minutes before the client meeting, or want to walk back through it afterward.
- What they're pulling on is what we know about real estate, and too much of that still lives in our heads instead of in the product.
- Getting it into the software is the work.
- The advisor should walk in alone and be the expert in the room.
- The math has to be exactly right, and the data it runs on doesn't exist anywhere yet.
- Purchase price is in a closing file.
