- Paramedics serve as a full-time primary provider for Emergency Medical Services for our established and growing EMS agency.
- Wahoo EMS is a combination career/volunteer EMS agency that covers approximately 170+ square miles as an Advanced Life Support 911 and inter-facility transport service.
- **Requirements:** Must be licensed as a Paramedic through NE Dept.
- of Health & Human Services, AHA BLS Provider certification, ACLS certification, PALS or PEPP certification, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in EMS or Fire Rescue operations, or a combination of related education and work experience in the EMS field.
- Job classification and starting wage is dependent on qualifications, experience and may be increased after six-month probation period.
- Paramedics current pay range is from $26.21 to $34.08 per hour.
