• Family Eye Care Professionals is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as an **Optometric/Ophthalmic Technician**.
• We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
• **Experience in eye care or a medical office is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!
• Pay is based on experience.** Job Responsibilities * Assist patients throughout their eye examinations.
• * Perform preliminary vision testing and diagnostic testing.
• * Obtain and document patient medical histories.
• * Assist the doctor with examinations and patient care.
• * Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• * Keep examination rooms clean and organized.
• * Help with other office duties as needed.
• Qualifications * Friendly, professional, and compassionate.
• * Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• * Detail-oriented and organized.
• * Comfortable using computers.
