• **Responsibilities** * Assist in the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including site clearing and material staging * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to support ongoing work * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately * Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures * Install rebar, metal stud framing, and perform concrete forming activities following safety protocols and specifications * Carry out tasks related to heavy lifting, material handling, and precise placement of construction materials like tile, stucco, plastering, and caulking * Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment **Requirements** * Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site procedures * Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance * Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and blueprint specifications accurately * Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not required * Knowledge of safety protocol adherence specific to construction workplaces * Skills in concrete finishing techniques including pouring, cutting, and formwork construction * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions * Experience with rebar installation, metal stud framing, tile laying, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and concrete work is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to building lasting structures!
