• This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites by assisting with material handling, site logistics, and general labor tasks.

• **What we offer:** * Competitive Hourly Pay * 401(k) Match * Hands-on Industry Experience * Mentorship from Experienced Professionals * Opportunities for Career Growth * Collaborative Team Environment **What you need:** * + High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required + General labor or construction experience required + Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day + Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions + Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team + Understanding of construction site safety or willingness to learn + Reliable transportation to and from job sites + Valid driver's license preferred + Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily jobsite cleanup by removing debris, trash, and construction waste * Maintain clean, safe, and accessible work areas for subcontractors and site personnel * Assist with unloading, receiving, and organizing materials and deliveries * Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite as directed * Support Superintendents and subcontractors with general jobsite tasks * Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards * Report unsafe conditions or jobsite hazards immediately to field leadership * Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient construction site * Perform other duties as assigned This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
